Fall Club Kickoff will be Tuesday, August 24th with a raindate of Wednesday, August 25th at the Union Street Athletic Complex in Bangor. Kickoff starts with team barbeques and/or picnics around 5pm. Teams will play two 30 minutes friendlies with another BSC team starting at 6pm.

The following classes will be offered to those interested in becoming certified referees and those wishing to re-certify.

The Bangor HS Varsity boys will play Brunswick for the Eastern Maine Class A championship at Bangor on Wednesday, November 4 at 5pm.

U13 boys lost 2-0 in their state semi to PAYSA.  Boys played with determination and grit, but just fell short.
 
The U14 boys lost 2-0 to Scarborough and as such, did not advance to the State Semis.  To show what a great season the boys had, the two U14 State finalists were Novas and Scarborough, two of three teams to defeat the U14 boys all year.

Bangor will not go on downed by 1 point.

Because of poor field conditions, the U12 boys bracket scheduled for this morning has been cancelled.  More details to come.

Congratulations to BSC’s U13 boys who defeated Freeport 5-2, Novas 11-0, and Scarborough 5-0 to advance to the Challenge Cup Semi-finals in Yarmouth on November 1st!!  The boys have allowed but 9 goals in 18 games this year and will face either Falmouth or PAYSA, both of whom they played to a 0-0 draw in Cumberland on Labor Day.  Good luck to Coach Simko and the boys!

U14 girls are undefeated in their bracket and go back to Cape Elizabeth this weekend with an opportunity to advance to the Challenge Cup semi-finals while the U14 boys are also undefeated and face Scarborough this weekend, with the winner advancing to the State Cup Semi-finals!
